Assistant Professor in Queer Studies
Department of English, The Ohio State University

The Department of English at The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-eligible assistant professor position in queer studies. We will consider candidates in any field of literary, ethnic, and/or cultural studies with expertise in GLBTQ theory and criticism.

The successful candidate will teach courses in English and Sexuality Studies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Ohio State’s thriving interdisciplinary Sexuality Studies Program, to which the Department of English contributes, offers undergraduate and graduate degrees, and includes faculty and courses from across the university. Ph.D. in hand required at time of appointment. Preliminary interviews at the MLA Convention.
