Reporter Wanted for The Washington Blade (LGBT newspaper, DC)

The Washington Blade, the nation's oldest and most respected LGBT newspaper, is seeking an experienced reporter to join our news team. This is a full-time, D.C.-based position.

Responsibilities include reporting on breaking local and national news events; pitching new story ideas; occasional copy editing; updating website.

Requirements: Experience working as a news reporter for newspaper, magazine or website; familiarity with LGBT issues; familiarity with online publishing tools and social media (WordPress experience a plus).
