Ideal candidate/s will have:
* experience interviewing people in various roles (celebrities, political officials, community members)
* report all angles with complete objectivity
* be a graduate of a journalism program
* have former experience as a reporter (show proofs of published articles)
* have initiative to submit story ideas and follow up on them
Must have:
* computer, Internet, and a car or some form of reliable transportation
* knowledge of LGBT issues
