* Providing a direction and voice for the newsmagazine
* Organizing staff and freelance writers, columnists and photographers
* Assigning stories, from the fun and zany to the serious and political
* Gathering photos from news sources
* Writing stories weekly
* Editing/reviewing all content
* Interfacing with the online content consulatant
* Knowledge of the LGBT community required
* Design knowledge and experience a plus

Compensation: $32,000 - $36,000
