Contest Starts Friday May 20, 2011 through Thursday June 30, 2011.
Voting: Will take place between Friday July 1, 2011, until Friday July 8,2011. Winners Announcement will be Saturday July 9, 2011.
Prizes: (3) First Place $100, Second Place $75, Third Place $50.
Theme: A Romance Story of any size that consists of a either a main or secondary character who is either TG, Gay, Bi, Inters3x, or Lesbian involved with another person. For this year's Romance Contest, I'm also stipulating that the story involve either the main character on vacation in another state or country visiting and enc0unters the secondary character, or, having the secondary character visit from another country or state and encountering your main character. Foreign Language usage is not necessary and can be annotated with italicizing or bracket usage if needed. Default to both characters knowing English if need be. The story can take place on land, at sea, in the air, or some vacation travel destination or trip.
You can submit as many entries as you like but only the highest voted on entry of any author can be in the top 3.
Please do not forget to label your contest entry in the contest selector window on your +fiction page when you submit your entry/entries by choosing "Summer Romance 2011 Story Contest."
