Want to be a paid guest blogger at Week in Rewind? Read on!

WeekinRewind.com is seeking ONE entertainment reporter to write commentary on movie/television news and ONE music critic to review the latest video and CD releases. Our audience is large. You will read by more than 5 million people, which will look particularly attractive on resumes.

The two paid positions are for $150 each per month. Those candidates will be expected to write between 7-10 pieces each week. These candidates must have the time to contribute compelling, consistent content. Please don't apply for these positions if you don't have the time to fully commit to them.

How it works:

1) Drop us a line at bdnfilm1 (at) aol.com saying that you would like to be a guest blogger/Intern at WeekinRewind.com. For the position you're interested in, put "MUSIC BLOGGER" or "ENTERTAINMENT NEWS BLOGGER in the subject head. Send along several examples of your writing attached to an email. In that email, also tell us something about yourself that relates to the job you're seeking. The two best writers who agree to the above terms will be hired. You must be a talented writer who is as great at delivery excellent content, as they are with knowing proper punctuation and grammar. For you, the bonus is this: You will gain valuable experience working for WeekinRewind.com, as this site, whose feed is mirrored on a major daily newspaper, reaches 5 million people each month. That's more than most print publications.

What we expect:

1) Your work must be well-written and well-edited. No one will be holding your hand here--you find the stories--but the subject has to be pitched to us first and not on a topic not already covered here. We reserve the right to edit all submissions for clarity and form, not opinion.

2) It has to be original content. Don’t steal anything from someone else, don’t republish an old blog or paper of yours. No plagiarism. It won't do.

3) Timeliness is critical.

4) Please write as if you were writing for any major publication--we do. Also, there is no room for hate speech. We won't tolerate that.
