My name is Dory and i am the mother of a gay son who is about to turn 34. I am hoping to compile a series of anecdotals for a book titled, 'Mom, I'm Gay. Son, it's OK." My prospectus is simple: I wish to gather stories from Moms and Sons all over the world where they honestly discuss the epiphany that occurred when they 'came ou't, or experiences that will help to bridge the gap between a mother's love and a son's need to be accepted for who he is. I am looking for narratives of 500 to 1000 words where I will edit and compile this anthology for the sake of educating moms. If your narrative is accepted there will be royalties if the book is published. I have every reason to believe that it will be.
