From Bryanborland.com:
Sibling Rivalry Press will host an LGBT Poetry Showcase at the Rainbow Book Fair in New York City on March 26, 2011. At no cost, publishers and poets can display single copies of their books, chapbooks, and other poetry-related items outside of the popular Rainbow Book Fair Poetry Salon. Poets can also display copies of unpublished manuscripts.
While the showcase won’t be for selling books (you’ll have to purchase a table for that), it will offer presses and poets a valuable chance to be seen by your target audience.
Books can be picked up after the fair by their owners or donated to the LGBT Center at the end of the day. Manuscripts will be gathered following the fair and divided among the participating presses.
To include your books, chapbooks, or manuscripts as part of the Rainbow Book Fair‘s LGBT Poetry Showcase, email siblingrivalrypress@gmail.com.
The Rainbow Book Fair will be held at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, 208 West 13th Street (between 7th and 8th Avenues), New York, NY—in the heart of Greenwich Village. This is the largest LGBT book event in America, and it is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
