“Writing Fiction about Our Communities”
A Workshop for Queer Women and Trans People

WHO? All queer women and trans folks

WHAT? Free Writing Workshop

WHEN? Wednesday, November 10th, 6-9pm

WHERE? East Mississauga Community Health Centre, 2555 Dixie Road (at Dundas)

All queer women and trans people are invited to a workshop on writing identity with acclaimed novelist Farzana Doctor. Come out for discussions around community and identity, experiential activities and writing exercises. Our objectives are to explore creativity without critique.

All writing abilities and aspirations are welcome to attend. Bring a pen and paper. Art making, bus tickets and a delicious dinner are all part of the package. Come out! Bring a friend!
