Post date: 02 August 2010
If you are interested in sharing your story, please send your submission to the address listed below. By submitting your story, you agree to have your story published and also that you allow us to use the information in the anthology as a tool. No monetary royalty will be given to those who have submitted stories.

The AGLBTOA Anthology Committee reserves the right to edit for spelling and grammatical errors. We also reserve the right to withold stories that we do not feel are fit for the audience of the anthology from the book.

Guidelines
Email submissions to anthology@ashtabulaglbtoa.org
1. We are open to submissions up to 5,000 words.
2. Please attach your submission as a .rtf, .wps, or .doc file. NO .DOCX FILES!
3. Include your real (legal) name, pen name, and address in the body of your email. Don't worry. We need these for our records, but they won't ever be shared.
Please be mindful of our audience. Coming out is a very serious issue in the glbt community, and we want an anthology that can be used to help people during a very difficult time as well as to educate the community. With that in mind, please keep your stories PG-13 - we will reject stories that have too much harsh/vulgar language or are too graphic or sexual.

Deadline for submission is November 15th, 2010; Decisions will be made by January 1, 2011. For more information, contact anthology@ashtabulaglbtoa.org
